Shepherd Groups
Many people attend weekend services, but may find it difficult to connect in such a large group setting. For this reason, we encourage everyone to participate in small group Bible studies, which we call Shepherd Groups. We believe it is in this setting that true Biblical community and genuine Christianity are more fully and deeply experienced.

Types of Groups

We have a wide variety of small group Bible studies available to specific demographics within RBC. These include groups specifically for men, women, junior and senior high students, college students, and young adults.

Adult Bible Fellowships

Are you looking for a place to dig deep into God’s Word and share that joyful experience with others? Perhaps you would fit well into an Adult Bible Fellowship. ABFs are similar to shepherd groups, but meet on Sunday mornings at one of our campuses instead of in homes. Read more…

Shepherd Groups

A Shepherd Group is a small group (usually 8-15 people) that meets regularly for the purpose of study, fellowship, worship, ministry, and outreach. These groups are led by trained leaders. It is the vision and desire of the RBC leadership to see our church gather not only on weekends (for preaching and worship), but also that each family be involved in a Bible study or Shepherd Group during the week (for focused personal spiritual growth, accountability, fellowship and ministry).
